Thank you for shopping with us at Ajah Veda Wellness Essentials. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:

Conditions for returns:

In order for goods to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in original packaging.

  • Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., goods that deteriorate rapidly or have exceeded their expiration date).

  • Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours before the item has been shipped, without giving any reason for doing so.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear, written statement. You can notify us by email at essentials@ajahvedawellness.org.

We will reimburse you no later than 7-10 business days from the date we receive your written confirmation. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Workshops & Coaching Services:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions:

If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

U.S. and International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States.

Free Shipping:

Unless otherwise specified, offers of "free shipping" throughout the website and across all social media accounts refers to free shipping within the contiguous United States. U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and shipping destinations outside the United States are not entitled to free shipping.

Shipping Protocol:

Our self-care kits are crafted with love and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for production plus standard transit times per carrier, ranging from 3-7 days for delivery, not including the date your order was placed.

For example, if you placed your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out will be on Thursday.
We process orders during business hours (Mon - Fri 10am - 8pm). Customers will be notified if products are backordered or if there are any shipping delays. All items will ship from our headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

COVID Shipping Delays:

Transit times may vary significantly due to the impact of COVID on the supply chain. We cannot guarantee transit times. If your order is time-sensitive, please consider upgrading to rush shipping at checkout to help speed up the process. We do not offer refunds, discounts, or accept returns for items delayed due to transit issues that are out of our control.

Changes to Pricing & Services

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our services (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our service. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Afterward, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Other payment options: PayPal, AfterPay (refer to AfterPay and Paypal's Terms and Conditions), and Apple Pay (refer to Apple Pay Terms and Conditions). Please see each payment provider's privacy policy for further information on how your data is used or stored.

You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments, the credit card, debit card, or bank account information you supply is true, correct, and complete. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank, and you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
