We provide comprehensive Ayurvedic holistic health services tailored to your individual needs and wellness goals.

Holistic Ayurvedic Coaches Can:
  • Educate clients and the general public on Ayurvedic principles, including the holistic view of health, the elements, Doshas, Ayurvedic diet, daily and nightly routines, and living in alignment with nature’s rhythms.

  • Explain the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and how various natural tools and principles can enhance the quality of life.

  • Offer talks or write articles about the principles of Ayurvedic living.

  • Offer cooking classes using Ayurvedic recipes along with techniques and tips to create Ayurvedically balanced meals.

  • Analyze a client’s unique mind-body constitution according to Ayurvedic principles.

  • Take a health history of a client’s personal and family wellness.

  • Advise clients on dietary choices based on their Doshas and the six tastes.

  • Create daily and nightly routines for clients based on their constitution, age, and the seasons.

  • Recommend yoga and yogic practices for improved health.

We are not licensed physicians, nor are our Ayurvedic services licensed by the state. Ayurveda is an ancient system of healing that emphasizes maintaining harmony in the Body, Mind, and Spirit through diet, lifestyle, and natural herbs. The emphasis in Ayurveda is not on treating disease but on maintaining the balance of the individual body constitution. Ayurvedic treatments are custom-tailored to the individual’s needs and are never one-size-fits-all.

Holistic Ayurvedic Coaches Cannot:
  • Diagnose diseases.

  • Treat diseases.

  • Prescribe treatments or medicines (including herbal medicines).

  • Perform pulse diagnosis.

Our method of treatment in Ayurveda is considered alternative or complementary to conventional medicine. We encourage you to discuss any concerns you have regarding Ayurvedic practices with us. We also recommend that you inform your primary care physician that you are receiving Ayurvedic advice and services.

By accepting these services, you acknowledge that you understand the above disclosures and that the practitioners, counselors, and faculty at Ajah Veda Wellness Essentials are not licensed physicians. You further understand that it is your responsibility to maintain a relationship with a licensed medical doctor and seek conventional medical treatment if necessary.
